Standard In-Stock Delivery
Lead Time: 7-10 Business Days
FREE Delivery with blocks included within 30 miles from the sales lot address. $4 per loaded mile for additional mileage, maximum of 50 miles from sales lot. (Additional cost for mileage must be paid up front, cannot be added to Rent to Own agreement).Standard delivery applies only to IN-STOCK decks, porches, and pavilions.

Standard Pre-Owned Delivery
Lead Time: 7-10 Business Days
Condition of the pre-owned deck, porch, or pavilion must first be approved by the customer by an on lot inspection. FREE Delivery with blocks included within 30 miles from the sales lot address. $4 per loaded mile for additional mileage, maximum of 50 miles from sales lot. (Additional cost for mileage must be paid up front, cannot be added to Rent to Own agreement).

Ordered New Build Delivery
Lead Time: 3-4 Weeks
FREE Delivery with blocks included within 50 miles from sales lot. Maximum of 50 miles.

Delivery Equipment
Worried about how we will access your property? Check out this video to better understand our trailers capability. Our drivers will also arrive on site with a "mule" which operates like a small forklift for those worried around the weight of the truck and trailer. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for removing fencing and clearing a path for our drivers prior to arrival. You are also responsible for any other prep work you would like done as well. We do not alter the land in any way but we do provide concrete blocks to ensure your structure is properly leveled.
